My name is Matt Caesar and I am a real estate investor. I purchase homes, fix and remodel them, and resell to anyone with enough money. I got started in this business when I realized how much potential I had to be successful. I am an aspiring entrepreneur with an enormous amount of potential.

Why I Chose Real Estate Over Going To College

Upon graduating from high school, I realized that college just wasn’t for me. I grew up in a middle class family who taught me my whole life that in order to be successful, I had to go to college and get a decent 9 to 5 job until I retired. Luckily I realized at a young age that going to college for four years, taking out a massive student loan, and then paying that back for the next 20 years wasn’t how I wanted to spend my life. I was then presented with the question, what am I going to do instead of college? The answer was simple, real estate investing! When I told my friends and family about my ambitions they were quick to stop me. They said, “Matt, you need a ton of money to start in real estate and you have none how do you plan on starting?” I realized that they were right but I didn’t give up on it. That’s when I found out about wholesaling. What is wholesaling you ask? Its a form of real estate investing where you find a buyer and bring them to a seller in return for a commission on the sale. It requires little to no up front cost and you can work from home. Its been a year since I started investing and I have closed on over 25 properties netting me more income than a high paying engineer would receive. “90% of all millionaires become so through owning real estate” – Andrew Carnegie
